Welcome to the weird and wacky world of Show Names.
Ever wondered about the incredibly weird names given to show dogs, why you need them and why they need to be so strange?
Believe it or not there is logic behind naming a show dog.
Usually it combines the name of the kennel where the dog was born and the dog's given name (often derived from its parents). Sometimes a generational suffix (I, III, IV) is added.
So the naming formula looks something like this;
Kennel prefix + dog name + generation suffix (optional) = show dog name.
